Our fee structure is affordable for most clients and competitive with other reputable firms in Oklahoma City. Occasionally, we perform assignments on a discounted or pro-bono basis for public agencies, religious organizations, or for charitable 501C-3 not-for-profit corporations in cases where performance of the assignment will advance the interests of the public and/or community at large or be of significant benefit to needy persons.

For a fee quote, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Name and address of property to be appraised
  • Size and number of structures
  • Size of land (site)
  • Value to be determined, i.e. market value, lease fee value, etc.
  • Date/time frame report is required
